  1. create an account in google play console
  2. pay $25
  3. fill in information
  4. upload your ID card and Bank statement which contains youre name and address

your information must be same as your ID card and Bank statement

publish app

  1. create a new app
  2. internal test(optional)
    • fill in some emails
    • upload abb file
    • get app link
    • share the link to the emails
  3. closed test
